Here’s 25 reasons you should visit Land of Illusion’s Christmas Glow this holiday season, straight from Land of Illusion themselves!:
My New Favorite Christmas Activity in Ohio
My family, fiance and I all went to Land of Illusion for the opening weekend of Christmas Glow, and we all loved it! Our favorite part was the beginning: a 2 mile long Christmas Around the World drive-thru light show. You’ll go through a beautiful enchanted forest, see some of the world’s most iconic landmarks, and more incredibly beautiful Christmas scenes. There are over 3.8 MILLION lights in this light show- it’s very impressive and certainly one of the best ones I’ve ever seen!
Once we arrived in the park, we headed straight to one of the cozy fire pits and enjoyed the twinkling lights while the Polar Express played on a big screen. Then, we headed into Mrs. Claus’s Snack Shack for some fresh, hot mini donuts. They topped them off with a warm vanilla glaze, hot fudge, and sprinkles; we were obsessed with these festive treats!
While walking around the Christmas village, we stumbled upon polar bears, Rudolph, the Grinch, and more festive characters and took some family holiday pictures with the lights. We also headed over to Whoville, where you’ll be able to build-your-own stuffed animal AND write a letter to Santa! We definitely took advantage of this with our Christmas wish lists.
